Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12 PM EST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Most orders are shipped via USPS, however, if you wish to pay for expedited shipping, the order will be shipped through UPS/FedEx. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

  • • Ground: Will arrive in 3-5 business days
  • • Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days
  • • Overnight: Will arrive the following business day by 10:30 AM

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship to the US and Canada. Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping to customers in other countries at this time.

FINE JEWELRY

All Fine Jewelry orders are shipped via UPS and require a signature upon delivery.

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 business days.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to ONE address per order.

P.O. BOXES

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Lone Star Overnight (LSO) and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. To track your order, visit the My Account section on urbanesky.com, login, and refer to your recent orders.

PROCESSING RETURNS

_RETURNS + STORE CREDITS

Our policy becomes effective for a period of 7 days from the delivery date of your items. That is the period of time where we will accept your items and provide you with a store credit.  Our offer for store credit is for the amount paid for the item, minus the shipping costs.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where no store credits are granted (if applicable) Any item, not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not exchangeable. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted, or credited back to your account.

_PROCESSING RETURNS

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If it is approved, then you will receive a credit for that amount minus the shipping costs.

Late or missing credits (if applicable) If you fall within the return guidelines and haven’t received a store credit after 7 days, please send us an email at info@urbanesky.com.

_EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or a different item, please send us an email at info@urbanesky.com.  WAIT FOR INSTRUCTIONS before you send the item back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item/or items over $50 in value, please use a Trackable Shipping Service, AND purchase shipping insurance (clearly state what the item is) for the amount you paid for the item.

We ask that you take every precaution above to ensure that we receive the item back in-house. Since we rely solely on the shipping companies, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, that's why tracking becomes so important.  We cannot offer store credit or provide an exchange for an item that is not received back at our store. NO EXCEPTIONS.
